- A substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or psychiatric care
- Qualified to diagnose mental health conditions or prescribe treatment
Our voice line uses AI technology to provide empathetic listening and resource referral. While our AI is trained on peer support principles, it has limitations and should not be relied upon for clinical advice or emergency support.

Our 24/7 voice support line uses artificial intelligence (AI) to:

- Provide empathetic responses
- Suggest relevant resources (Academy modules, professional services)
- Escalate to human support when appropriate
Limitations of AI support:
- AI cannot provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice
- AI may misunderstand context or nuance
- AI responses are generated based on training data and may not be appropriate for all situations
- Technical failures may occur (connection issues, misinterpretation)
You acknowledge that AI has limitations and agree not to rely solely on AI-generated advice for important decisions.
5. Recording and Data Use
Call recording: Voice line conversations may be recorded and transcribed for:
- Quality assurance and training purposes
